Over 12 weeks, you’ll move through a deep process of release, activation, and embodiment. The journey begins by clearing old energies and dissolving fears, traumas, and masks, opening space for greater awareness and presence.
You’ll cultivate meditation and balance between feminine and masculine energies while tuning into the wisdom of your physical, emotional, mental, and energetic bodies. As your system strengthens, you’ll explore the chakras and nervous system, safely awakening kundalini energy and reprogramming old patterns and beliefs.
