Welcome to the Ascension Guide, your compass in the new era of spiritual and planetary transformation. We are in a time of DNA and frequency upgrades, where the body is opening to receive more light and higher vibrations. The ascension to 5D means that the energy vibrates at a higher frequency, creating a positive change on earth where fear and lack are replaced with love and abundance.

During this inner journey, one can experience what is known as the "Dark Night of the Soul," a period of deep spiritual transformation when we begin to question the reality we previously believed in. The change is created by everyone increasing their consciousness and living more in the heart and less in the brain and logic.

By making conscious choices, with a focus on love, light, compassion, and positive thoughts, we can create a world where we live from the heart and are in service to each other.

In this process of spiritual awakening, shadow work, confronting and integrating the darker aspects of ourselves, and gaining a higher understanding of duality is critical. By exploring our shadows, we can heal past traumas, release limiting beliefs, and embrace our wholeness. Shining light on our shadows helps transform fear into love and promotes the collective shift towards higher consciousness.

When we are in 5D consciousness, we live with ease in high vibrations and let the heart rule. We are in direct contact with our true higher self and intuitively follow our inner joy and passion.
